Which accounts can participate?
Check the current service, plan and country requirements before connecting. If those requirements have not been published, eligibility is not yet confirmed.
Does connecting an account mean it is contributing?
No. Connection and participation are separate. Check the participation status and any current restrictions in your workspace.
How much can I earn?
There is no fixed or guaranteed level of earnings. Earnings depend on eligible participation, confirmed activity and the applicable published terms.
Can I pause participation?
Use the available account controls to request a change, then check its confirmed result. Your requested state and the account's current state may differ while an operation is pending.
When is a payout complete?
An accepted request sets aside eligible funds. Approval and payment are separate steps. Only a confirmed payment result means the payout has been paid.
What if a result is unknown?
Check the original operation in your workspace before repeating the action. Contact support with the reference if you need help; do not send account credentials.
