PEERAI / From connection to participation
From connection to participation
Claude Pro and Claude Max
These are the current onboarding options. Select the plan on your account and check that the subscription is active before starting. Other plans and services are outside the current onboarding scope.
Before you connect
Make sure you control the account or have permission to authorize it, can sign in and can complete the provider’s authorization. Check that the plan and account you select are the ones you intend to connect.
Check the original operation
If the result is unconfirmed, use the original attempt or operation reference to check it before submitting again. If the attempt has expired or failed, follow the current instructions in the workspace before starting a new one.
Read each status separately
Connected means a connection was recorded. Participation intent and availability for dispatch are separate. Authorization expiry, subscription or quota issues and provider restrictions can affect availability. Check when observations were recorded. Missing data is not a zero balance.
Pause or leave participation
Use the available account controls to pause or disable participation, or archive the account. Check the result in the workspace. Historical activity and unsettled balances remain relevant after you stop. Contact support if the control you need is unavailable.
Two separate balances
Supplier earnings reflect recorded supply activity. The API wallet holds credit for API use. Supply demand, availability and completed work vary, so a connection alone gives no fixed income or minimum earnings.
